The ground level of the property is largely an open plan living and dining area. This includes the kitchen so that anyone preparing a meal can still be part of the conversation! (The balance of ground level is a bathroom, separate WC and utility room/laundry). The dining table ordinarily seats 6 but can be extended to seat 8 in comfort. There are two leather sofas and a deep armchair surrounding a wood burning heater.
The kitchen is generously equipped with plate-ware, glassware and utensils (for those who like to cook or who dislike washing up every day!); and has a large refrigerator, a gas cooker, microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The property is equipped with TV (french local and satellite channels and UK satellite), CD/DVD player, bluetooth speaker and wireless internet. There is also a selection of books, jigsaws and board games. In addition to the wood heater, all rooms have electric convection heaters if required.
Outside we have an inviting pool with sun loungers (the pool is fully fenced as required by local law); a terraced outdoor dining area, a BBQ and plenty of places – in both sun and shade – to sit and enjoy the views.
